Your privacy

⸻ • △▽ • ⸻

Mt Shasta Spiritual Tours respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use mtshastaspiritualtours.com and how we use it.

1. What we collect

⸻ • △▽ • ⸻

When you book, buy or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, email, phone, billing address and the details of your booking. When you browse, we automatically receive your IP address and browser information through our website provider, Squarespace.

2. How we use it

⸻ • △▽ • ⸻

To confirm and deliver your booking, send your meeting point, Zoom link or receipt, answer your questions, and — with your permission — send you news about upcoming events. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

3. Payments

⸻ • △▽ • ⸻

Payments are processed by Square (and Afterpay where offered). Your card details go directly to Square and are never stored on our site. Square's privacy policy applies to that data.

4. Who we share it with

⸻ • △▽ • ⸻

We share your information only with the services that help us run the business — Squarespace (website), Square (payments and booking), our email service, and, for VIP packages, the lodging we book for you. We never sell your information.

5. Cookies

⸻ • △▽ • ⸻

This site uses cookies for basic function and analytics (Google Analytics). You can block cookies in your browser.

6. Security

⸻ • △▽ • ⸻

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Your rights

⸻ • △▽ • ⸻

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing paul@mtshastaspiritualtours.com.

8. Changes

⸻ • △▽ • ⸻

We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
