We offer guided spiritual tours, activations, retreats, private sessions, classes and events on and around Mount Shasta, online and in person. Descriptions, dates and prices are shown on this site and may change at any time. Every booking is confirmed by email once payment or deposit is received.

2. No refunds — credit only

All payments and deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, your payment stays with us as a credit toward another date or any other offering of equal or greater value, and dates are transferable to any available date. Credits do not expire and may be transferred to another person with our agreement. Deposits hold your dates; the balance is due on or before the first day of your booking.

3. Weather, safety and the mountain

Mount Shasta is wild land. If weather, road closures, fire, forest-service restrictions or safety require it, we may change the route, sites, timing or format of a mission, or reschedule it. In that case your payment is kept as a credit toward the rescheduled date or another offering. We do not refund for conditions outside our control.

4. Your responsibility

Our tours involve walking on uneven terrain at altitude, sometimes in heat, cold, snow or near water. You confirm you are physically able to take part, will tell us about any condition we should know of, and take part at your own risk. You are responsible for your own travel, lodging (unless included in your package), insurance, clothing and equipment, and for following our guidance and forest-service rules.

5. Nature of our work

Our activations, sessions and teachings are spiritual and experiential. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and do not replace care from a licensed professional. Results are personal and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Conduct

We may refuse or end service to anyone who is unsafe, disrespectful to the land, the group or the guide, or under the influence. No refund or credit is given in that case.

7. Photos and recordings

We may photograph or film group events for our own use. Tell us before the event if you do not wish to appear.

8. Content and intellectual property
